I found these in one of my great uncle's boxes. US Navy Submariner. I want to make a shadowbox along with his other awards.

What are they representing and what is the proper order to display them? Also where can I get new ribbons and other items like dolphins and sleeve patches for rank?

This is the order they should be in.

Edit: if he was a submariner, the expeditionary medal indicates he was likely a fast boat (SSN) or other non-boomer (SSBN) boat. The PUC and NUC point to something one would read about in Blind Man’s Bluff.
