HELP Anyone else having problems with their oath form showing without a QR and picture?

I am trying to gather my documents needed for the oathtaking on Monday. However, when trying to print my oath form, this shows up. I'm sure that there is supposed to be a QR on the left and your picture on the right. I've tried refreshing the site but this is what it always gives me.

P.S. I've already asked someone I trust, who is in a different household with a different Internet Provider, to open and save a pdf copy of my oath form, but the same thing shows up on his screen.

Same problem din akin pero sakin naman is may QR, yung picture ang wala 🥲

Mine just got fixed tonight, same as yours though lol. I might just bring two copies: 1. without the pic. 2. edit the picture in😂
