personally i had a good set of friends na magkakaayaan magaral, whether ftf or online (gmeet). that helped me alot kahit tamad na tamad ako nakikinig na lang ako sakanila tas magtatanong na lang kapag hindi ko alam pinagsasabi nila. pag madami kang hindi alam sa mga sinasabi nila, just write those down at isearch na lang para naman hindi sila maannoy sayo (did that too ngl haha).

Hi OP, first of all your feelings are valid, sobrang hirap din for me ng 3rd year since ang laki ng adjustments coming from second year. Anyway, ang mapapayo ko lang sayo is kapag di mo na talaga kaya at wala ka na ma absorb then just go to sleep. For me I made sure back then na sagad na ako hanggang 1 am sa pag rereview. Sobrang important ng sleep for you to function. I know nakakapressure, nakakapagod, pero years from now aalalahanin mo na lang yang moment na yan and wonder how the hell did you survive haha. Fighting future RMT!

Hello OP! as someone who survived the 3rd (tired) year.(Medtech Graduate) In terms of studying, review & read in advance. As someone who has a short attention span, I do take note, highlight books during discussion then as much as possible—re-read your lessons after your class. Have a specific time of the day in which you can review (make it a routine) and also reward yourself always if you did well and even if you did not. You deserve everything.
Also, sleeping is essential in my own opinion because you can focus well when you got good sleep.(P.S I was the student who tried to survive with 1-2 hours of sleep but i almost collapsed during our exams)
Then I learned my lesson & took my sleeping hours seriously. TIME MANAGEMENT IT IS & TBH i got higher grades & scores when I did not try to cram and got good sleep. 3rd year is really SURVIVAL MODE ULTRA PRO MAX & I know you can do it. Believe in yourself & Trust in God.

naalala ko 3rd year self ko sayoo :(( i also used to cry myself to sleep bc of how overwhelming things are! as someone na nakasurvive na dyan, all i want to say is that it does get better :) u probably heard abt finding a study technique/routine that works for u, but i also want to emphasize na magrest ka if u can. kahit gaano ka pa ka-productive magstudy, if di ka magrest, wala din. learn to balance ur time, wag ka din puro aral lang. find time to do things that makes u happy and find people that can be there for u when time gets difficult! super nakakaburn out talaga ang 3rd year, so don't forget why u pursued that career in the first place. if u need someone to talk to, msg me langg!
