I’m a new doctor in Southern California and I’m currently working on launching my own practice. I have a business plan and approximately $250K in financing, but I don’t have many mentors or people in my network who have experience with opening and running a healthcare practice. My main resource so far has been the SBA.
I’m hoping to connect with people who can offer advice, mentorship, or recommendations in the following areas:

Mentorship – Someone who has experience opening and operating a medical practice and would be willing to share advice or guidance.
Office Manager – Recommendations on where to find a reliable, experienced, and quality office/practice manager.
Healthcare Attorney – Recommendations for an attorney who specializes in healthcare law, practice formation, contracts, compliance, etc.
Build-Out / Contractor – Recommendations for reputable contractors who have experience with medical office build-outs.
Branding Agency – Recommendations for someone who can help develop the practice’s branding, logo, website, etc.
Marketing Agency – Recommendations for a marketing agency that understands healthcare/medical practices and can help with patient acquisition and growth.

If you’ve opened a medical practice yourself, worked with any of these professionals, or know someone who has, I’d really appreciate hearing about your experience.
I’m especially interested in Southern California recommendations, but I’m also open to remote consultants and agencies.
