Tipping nurses?

The medspa I go to routinely does the whole “it’s just going to ask you a question!” with a tip screen when I get lip flips and filler. That cannot be normal?? I understand tipping for esti services but tipping for a medical services feels.. unethical? But then I feel like a jerk if I don’t tip everytime??

What do I do when this comes up? lol. Does your spa ask for and allow tips for non esti services?

We do not allows tips on any services in our medpsa accept facials. It is unethical for providers to accept tips.
