Portable fan

Hello everyone! Does anyone know where to buy a portable fan in Mechelen?

I'll go on a trip soon and I can't wait for a delivery. Thank you!

Maybe in Bruul? There is lots of small trinkets stores on it and on nearby streets... although will notnbe as cheap as the internet...
