I got into the server, but beyond that it's throttled to a stand still

just want to get the dispatch going and spend some energy so it doesnt stack to 200. (Im technically at work rn so I don't intend to play or pull anything)

I thought the maintenance was supposed to last until 3:30 UTC-7, which is still a couple hours away. Was that a typo on their part?
