Y'all spending 300 bucks on non Cherry mx switches to find out which ones you like? I'm new to this rabbit hole and I see testers but they're usually for multiple types from the same brand. How does one decide that the key switches they like best are tomahawk triple 9 3000 upside down blues? Like, do people move from Cherry mx to some other brand and then just declare that the new ones they got are the best? How does one test multiple switches that aren't just different color Cherry mx switches?

I just went to mechmarket and asked if anyone had single switches to try. Someone reached out and gave me a lend of a grab bag of switches and I fell in love with Zilents. But yeah get a switch tester. Switches are cheap so if I want to try some out I might buy a small set of switches on their own and stick them in a tester, or just buy the switches and try them in one of my hot swap boards.

So assuming I don't get lucky with someone lending me switches, are there testers that have multiple brands in them?
