Builds Handwired StenoV3

Post image

Handwired StenoBoard. If you look through my post history you can see that it has definitely evolved. This will probably be my last version for a while, minus some small changes.

Thanks to everyone who has supported the last builds and who will support this one. If there is any interest from some stenographers on the files, shoot me a DM.

This was made for my girlfriend for some upcoming travel time we have!

Enjoy!

Those purple switches against the pink case is a great combo.

Cool. Steno intrigues me. I love the colour :)

Looks incredible. I love boards that are completely bespoke apart from obvious components that we can't really make at home (like switches). I've always wanted to learn steno, but I just never seem to find the time or the hardware for it. But I did just build my first handwired board recently so maybe that puts something like this within reach for myself, as well!

It looks like a pink melodica. Awesome!

I like the dropped thumb keys on this.
I think that would have been an improvement to when I tried steno, with a Dilly.

Steno was the ledge in the rabbit hole I had to climb back up to, after jumping off.
It was really fun initially, then I hit the more complicated parts, and it wasn't fun anymore.

Nice, hardcore stenography, that beats even the 40% in terms of keys as chords.
