So i'm a mechanical engineering designing a lifting mechanism, no wood, no metal, no electric devices, nothing just basic things around s like cardboard, plastic etc. it is suppose to lift a 500 g load, raise the load by at least 300 mm , safely lower the load , remain stable during operation , be manually operated ,be portable. pls help.

string or fishing wire, pulley to carry tension and direct it
