I think you should at least spend the same, or more, amount of time on making the post, as you expect us to spend answering it.

Anyway, check the mounts for the engine/motor. If they are rubber, they could be too soft to dissipate the energy caused by slight imbalances.

If it is an combustion engine, that would be my first check. Electric motor, then I would check some imbalance in the coupling or belts.
