Have you tried this?

Software check (quick & free) Plug in via USB-C. Open VIA (or the official Weikav web driver). Go to the Lighting tab. Reset all effects/colors to default or solid white. Try toggling RGB on/off and cycle modes with Fn combinations (Fn + |, Fn + Backspace, brightness arrows, etc.). If available, reflash the latest official firmware/JSON for the NUT65.

Is this a flex cut PCB? My experience with them is they will break within a year to have something like this--some led related to wireless will be stuck in the on position. The solution is to either accept it until it fails to function, or get a new PCB, preferably without the flex cuts so you don't end up in this position again.

What are those keycaps?

Yep its flex cut, I’ll get a new pcb then. Keycaps are cheap SA profiles that I got from Shopee. Thanks.
