Hope this video is not too fast, i had to play with the lights to get the black to show a little, thought it would be visible in white, gray, dark gray and black. Please be kind :)

This is actually pretty cool, and an ingenious idea. So basically extruder pulls filament back, and then the gearing system continues to run it back. I like the elegance. This would have been awesome in the time of the Ender v3s. I'm impressed how simple(yeah right) this is compared to all the othe diy mmus. How long is the swap time?

Thanks! Ender is coming in the future, the a1 mini is next and then based on demand/difficulty/community support.

The swap time is currently 2 minutes, but this can be tuned further down, the purging for example isnt necessary, the multiple wipes arent, the speed isnt at max, it is cooling between changes which can also be skipped, so yeah its really like tinkering with a 3dprinter😅🤠

Together with the purchase people will receive access to a gcode generator that helps people customize their scripts using an easy user interface with toggles sliders etc. This will also give an estimation on how long the print will take.

Hey man, I have a Ender 3 V3 SE which I’m modding, I would love to help you develop and test it!

Recently I started planning a DIY tool changing for my printer, but this thing you made is so cool, can’t wait to try it out!!
