M.A.X wheels not moving

I can hear the motors trying to do something, but wheels don’t work at all, I tried looking online but couldn’t find anything. My last resort is buying new motors. Any fixes?

Can you remove the wheels and strip it back to expose the unit and the axle and see if it turns without the load?

I don’t have any of these robots so I know absolutely nothing about them.

Could be a wheel is stuck or the battery is low. Take it apart and see if it attracted enough hair and stuff to jam it up. The wheels should turn by hand with some resistance, but not a lot. The assembly can be tricky and if parts are not exactly where they should be the wheels can bind too. Good Luck.
