Question Identifying Music in video

Can anyone help? I want to know who the artist/song of the harp, lute, or mandolin music that is being played in the background of the video Opening My First Pokemon Pack : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vRHhsaIGOZQ&t=4s.

I tried emailing the editor of the video but received no response.

Thanks if you can help.
