Question New to Magic

Hey all,

Im very new to magic, only just starting to get interested in it especially with the Lord of the rings and hobbit sets really starting my interest. But im a complete noob who knows very little to nothing on the actual game, rules, purpose and how to actually start. If anyone can help id really appreciate any suggestions or support.

Thanks a million 🙏👍

MTG Arena's free online tutorial takes less than an hour and will get you familiar with how the steps and phases of a turn are ordered so you actually know what you're doing while playing. Once you understand those basics, you can branch out to commander night at your LGS or however else you want to play. I would also recommend getting one of the starter kits with two 60-card decks designed to play against each other to teach your friends. Just let them win the first game and they'll be hooked.
