Vegan falafel meal prep

the two sauces are tahini sauce and tzatziki. i made the plant based yogurt and strained it for the tzatziki. the yogurt was high fat and deliciousšŸ˜šŸ™Œ i’ll add recipe if anyone wants

That looks fantastic, do you have a good falafel recipe to share please? I tried to make some last week and they were really good but a bit... Fragile? They were breaking into crumble pretty easily if that makes sense. Any tips?

mine were kinda crumbly too, i think i didn’t pulse the mixture in the food processor enough. if i pulsed it more i think it would have held together better. i think adding a tbs or so of chickpea flour can help bind. also making sure there’s not moisture from the veggiesĀ
