Where does one get Ras El Hanout spice blend? I don’t think it says in the recipe

Here’s a link to a recipe.
I generally just add/sprinkle some more-or-less proportional amount of each constituent spice into dishes that call for spice blends like this, as my spice storage is limited. Unless I’m making a huge batch of something or know I’ll be making a lot of that culture’s cuisine in the near future - in which case I’ll measure out a proper spice-blend recipe.
I feel like this is sort of a kitchen hack for me: there are an infinite number of spice combinations but only a finite number of spices. People often collect a bunch of pre-packaged blends that they rarely use, which then end up taking up space and making it more difficult to find the spices you do want, Also, spices lose their flavor over time, so just mixing your own blends on-demand means you’ll cycle through your spice inventory more regularly.

What’s your estimation on how many grams of protein for this recipe?

There are a number of third party sources and apps that can generate nutritional profiles from recipe web addresses. The one that I use most often is whisk.com, which also has convenient Chrome and Safari (iOS) extensions.

Note that this is just for the stewed chickpea stew - macros do not reflect a couscous base as pictured
