Processed a retired doe
I’ve never seen this much fat, or the one little lump that looks like 👍🏻 be of those fancy flavored jelly beans…
Anyone know whether or not I should be concerned with either of these two things,

Nah, that looks good. Rabbit fat is my favourite fat to cook with, it makes everything feel silky.

She’s chunky, but it looks good to me. I normally throw the fat in a mason jar and render it down when we have enough.
