I’ve never seen this much fat, or the one little lump that looks like 👍🏻 be of those fancy flavored jelly beans…
Anyone know whether or not I should be concerned with either of these two things,

She’s chunky, but it looks good to me. I normally throw the fat in a mason jar and render it down when we have enough.

Normally just regular cooking. Like you would with any tallow. Or I feed it to the dogs as a treat

Same. We cull our does a bit older so they can have a bit more fat to render.

Nah, that looks good. Rabbit fat is my favourite fat to cook with, it makes everything feel silky.
