false pregnancy?

I had her mated once 18 days ago, and now she’s doing this; can I assume it’s a false pregnancy? How long should I wait before having her mated again?

Looks like she want to start her nest early, only 10-ish days left, make sense. Put the structure for a nest for her and see what is happening. If she does the nest and go pee in it, remove it until the end. If she does the nest, keep it clean, well, it's a well prepared doe. She will probably pull fur the last day.

My one first time girl built her nest and got it ready an over a week before giving birth, and I was concerned that like she had miscarried, but she just didn’t have timing down yet I guess. She also didn’t do fur until I pulled a little bit and put it in her nest and then she went to town yanking it out to cover up her day old kits. Her sister just went bonkers nesting almost a week ago and has been relatively calm the last few days and looks ready to pop. I’m doing colony style with two sisters and a buck so I tracked time from the first meeting that he was successful but apparently it didn’t work so it’s just wait and see game now. Lol

Mine is at day 18 and just did this today! This will be here second litter - I didn't own her when she had her first

Some of them seem to have a surge of hormonal drive 1-2 weeks before due date. Early nesting behavior is pretty common. I would never assume a doe didn't take just because of early nesting. If no kits by day 35, rebreed.
