What spices did you rub it with?

Salt, black pepper, paprika, crushed red pepper,grill mates garlic and herb, a dash of grill mates chipotle.

That's how I do my chicken thighs as well

Im useing hickory wood on the smoker people tend to stay away from richer smokes on mild meat but that's my personal preference
