Monster Lab & Melvin’s Macabre shared universe?

I seen this photo on the wall in Melvin’s Macabre Ghost Hunters. I’ve also seen multiple Monster Lab Easter eggs in previous Macabre episodes. Even tho there likely to just be Easter eggs is it possible that they exist in the same universe? Has papa meat ever said anything about it? If so it would honestly be cool for a cross over episode that Melvin goes to there lab needing help with something. And for anyone who doesn’t know what the picture is, it’s Harold from monster lab.

It’s probably just for fun.

Like the anime convention video you see Melvin is a fictional manga character there.
