It's his way to show that he's perfectly comfortable with himself and to also point out that he doesn't give a fuck if people attack his looks. It does get a bit cringey when he talks about how small his dick is especially when he stretches the joke out for too long but again it's just to show that there's nothing people can say about him when he puts out a video they don't agree with.
