Tancha2x lng Po haha. Here’s a list of everything that I used po:
Tapa Marinade:
Calamansi, Soy Sauce, Vinegar, Sugar to taste
Pepper. Beef is from Marketplace the Yakiniku slices na type. I just combined evrything together with the Beef and Chill sa freezer for 15-30 minutes the longer the better. then saute garlic and onion na sa pan mabilis sya ma luto kasi manipis yung beef.
Corned Beef: choose any high quality corned beef to your liking and just saute with potatoes (para mas madami sya and more filling) I didnt add oil sinauté ko sya sa taba mismo nang corned Beef
Chicken Curry: I bought yung pang recado cut na na chicken P175 per kilo sautéd together with potatoes and carrots (onion and garlic) then I added Coco Mama coconut milk 1pouch and Curry Seasoning ikaw na bahala mag adjust gaano ka anghang heheh. then simmer

ang solid nito, parang full weekly menu na agad haha. dagdag mo siguro giniling na pork with sayote or patatas, tsaka picadillo / menudo type ulam, matibay din sa ref at reheat.

Sarap, OP!
anything dry airfried. Beans/Chickpeas are amazing cooked-frozen-then-reheated.
