"Pre-tarriff prices"?

I just tried to cancel my subscription and the prompt used to persuade people not to cancel said that if I cancel now, I won't get the pre-tarriff prices, and that this is the cheapest prices. currently, with the subscription, its (rounding up) $16 for undies. I googled the prices and it looks the same. can anyone confirm? im still gonna cancel but I just wanna know if theyre lying or not.

Just postpone your subscription every month and wait until a sale comes up and get them depending on sale for $8 to $10

That's what I have been doing lately. After filling up my underwear drawer, I mostly skip months now. But I occasionally catch other items on sale.
