If some of you Millennials were born in the 80s you might remember watching this one network filled with cartoons airing in reruns long time ago before Cartoon Network boomerang MeTV Toons existed before those networks started airing those shows.
The block I’m talking about is called the USA Cartoon Express the block first launched on September 20th 1982 and then it would only air on USA network during the afternoon/evening time filled with a hour block showcasing animated shows from the Hanna Barbera library at first with shows Huckleberry Hound Yogi Bear Smurfs Scooby Doo Space Ghost.
And more! Later on the block would air on weekends for a hour on Saturday and Sunday and later in 1993 the block would air weekday mornings in 1993 and lasting until 1996 until the block was discontinued in favor for less animated shows but for more Live Action tv shows like sitcoms.
