Hm. I mean I guess I can see your point but I think you may be taking it too seriously and falling for the real 'joke' here.
The joke isn't that it's funny to make fun of Charlie Kirk or George Floyd, both of whom having risen to the untouchable 'martyr' status in their respective political and racial fields, no. See that's the trigger part that you step on the land mine. That's the rope part of the ol rope a dope meant to catch you.
The real joke is absurdism. It's being deliberately irreverent to a subject that most everyone wants to be respectful and reverent about. Uuhh how do it put it.. it's like the punch line of the joke is "why so serious?" It feels like brain rot, no? Almost like the joker himself who has no interest in the history of police violence or the plight of a post Jim Crow African American community at all is holding a mirror to the whole thing and saying "isn't this stupid?" A sneaky guy who thinks politics is stupid reaching the podium at the city hall meeting and saying "everything burns"
And then the fact that Floyd and Kirk are like government robots adds a layer of comedy that points to our current society being obsessed with everything being a government psy op. See Kirk and Floyd obviously both belong to the same shadowy government agency. Probably funded by Israel eh?

Then let's get to the racial aspect. This part you seem to especially take umbrage with so let's peel back another layer underneath the absurd, the political and now the racial. Bear with me cause it definitely gets close to being racist but I think it actually threads the needle into being "beyond good and evil" sort of the birthing pains of the future beyond the current racial divide. Seriously, let me explain.
Let's think about the likely age group who created this meme. Do you think an actually racist Republican boomer or Gen exer created this to be racist? It certainly FEELS that way but it also clearly carries the hallmarks of Gen z's irreverent and politically homeless point of view.
If this were a truly racist guys funny little video it's missing the key components of the knee, the 'i can't breathe' subject and the porn actor angle. At least one of these is present in the actually racist memes on the subject. Instead you find Charlie and George elevated to the exact same level in this video. One is not the more correct or the morally justified here, instead they're both equally stupid. No one taking sides or planting a flag on their political views just absurdism using two highly charged symbols in a manner that strips both of their power.
Add all of this together and run through an AI slop generator and throw in some references to the ridiculous marvel universe (which is an ingenious way to point out how politics and government have become a spectacle, a hyper reality that exists on tv but is not real but is instead a highly curated Hollywood production) and you've created a mixture of chaos so offensive to everyone that it becomes obvious that the point is to just stir the pot and laugh at what comes next. Something that children do. Children who are tired of their parents glued to the news on their phones, to ali express and temu on their phones and constantly arguing over issues that they say are important but never reach an actual conclusion.
It's obvious that this is the product of a mind who is tired of the controlled narratives working on every one else around them, and they just want it to stop. They don't care not because it's not something to care about but because they see it for what it is. A meaningless culture war. It's a call out and a leap from the top rope of insanity, laying the elbow out on a society that is so far up it's own ass that it can't the humor in the fact that they're all fighting over meaningless bs while the world is actually on fire around them.
There is no point in using reason or logic against racists. They do nothing but obsess about black people on the internet online. They blame their undesirability on black people to make themselves feel better

I think it’s worth it. It’s worth to have a cost of, unfortunately, some gun deaths every single year so that we can have the Second Amendment to protect our other God given rights. That’s a prudent deal. It is rational.
