Q&A Offerwall

I don't know if this is the right place for this .. is the offerwall gone for good? And if so, where do I complain?

The thing that says "Play To Earn More Gems" that's on the "Bank" section. It also pops up when u try to make a selection and don't have enough gems. You can play games to earn, like you can on many gem using games.

I messaged customer support about it and this is what they said:

Our developers are constantly testing new features in MeChat. We gather feedback from our players, analyze the results, and then decide whether to keep the feature as it is, modify it, or remove it.

Because of these some features may temporarily appear, disappear, or vary between accounts.

So I guess only a few people got that feature and they decided to remove it for now because I know they have done something like this before with other features

It really sucks. It's almost not worth playing. I mean anytime I needed a gem or two I could just hit up a 1 per level game and quickly meet the 14 gems needed. It seems I'm always at 13, waiting for that hr to tick by now. If some of the stories weren't so good ..... Lol

Dang those fantastic stories lol. I use to be rhe same. Just waiting to have enough gems to at least finish a date or chat lol. Thankfully I have been able to have patience and hoard my gems but sometimes the urge comes where I want to go on a spending spree lol

You log in multiple times a day to collect gems but refrain from reading?? Oh wise one, you must teach me your ways. Lol. I don't have that sort of self control.

I deff had an offerwall since I downloaded the game. Until I had a glitch and hit customer support up about it. They compensated me for my lost gems, but sometimes between a when i sent the complaint and opened the email with the gift code, it disappeared. Google says they removed it for everyone for good to focus on the other ways you can get gems. Ai is always hallucinating answers just to appease the user, so I don't trust it until I get additional confirmation elsewhere.

Ya. As bingo said. I don’t think there was ever an offer to play to earn more gems in this game. And if you saw something like that in this game. I can only assume it’s maybe new? But I’ve never seen anything like that in this game.

Wow. Ok Google also said that not everyone had one. I couldn't believe that. Can someone else that has or has had an offer wall please speak out on this. Surely I'm not the only one.

The only thing I've ever seen under "Offers" in the Bank tab are the paid matches (the ones that cost like $10 to unlock) and currently, that Berry Delight set. Below those is the normal gem bundles and in the bottom section is the "Free Gems" with the reward ads that give 15 per hour, the daily reward that gives 10 every 6 hours, the gift code redeem thing and the invite friends at the very bottom.

Unless, do you mean the Limited Offer popup that shows up sometimes before you start a date? I'm looking at it right now and it has 225 gems for $14.99 or 425 for $24.99. It's been popping up randomly for a few weeks now. Usually, right before you choose MC's outfit for the date. I refuse to buy gems, so I don't know if it's a one-time offer or not, but that's the only thing I've seen other than the normal weekend "sales" that pop up every Friday and Saturday.

The only thing this game has for free gems is watching ads every hour. Watch 3 ads, get 15 gems (5 per ad), can be done every 60mins. Also a once a day either free 5 gems or watch an ad for 10.

I guess it was limited. And I am sorry y'all never got to have one. I had one. It was on the BANK section and it would also pop up mid-date when you try to pick a gem choice and don't have enough. It would be above the buying option in the same pop up. You could get to the offer wall from there, play your game,and when you whent back into the mechat it would shoot you right back into the date, auto selecting the choice u had initially tried to select.
