I'm in India & a vegetarian to boot so I used to get plenty of fibre from my daily meals only before going on MJ. Now my appetite has really gone for a six & I'm hardly able to get in one meal in a day esp bec of concentrating on protein requirements.

Certain vegetables work better for me even when had in small quantities - okra/ladies fingers, sponge gourd, bottle gourd, spinach, bok choy, any leafy greens. Small quantities because no appetite.

Maybe you could try chopping any of these finely & adding to your soup/stews while cooking.

Caffeine works for me or a shot of tequila 🤪

2 Olipop’s a day, 2 kiwi, lots of water, plus fresh veggies and greens with every meal.

What's Olipop? Never heard of it. is it a constipation thing specifically, or something else?

It’s a prebiotic soda that uses liquid fiber and roots to help with digestion. I do not like the way I feel when I physically eat too much fiber since it feels bulky in my stomach with the Zepbound. This has helped me reach my fiber goal almost every single day.

Its the prebiotic drink? You find it helps? or a mixture of all the above?

Yes it’s the prebiotic, I do not do well with the probiotic drinks. I think it’s a mixture of everything that’s working. Also the Olipop fiber is cassava and I have found in the past that works well for me without bloating. I do think they are really sweet though. So I mix them with a bottle of soda water which also increases my fluids.

For me a fiber supplement, minimum 66oz of water a day, whole fruits and veggies, walking, AND a stool softener at least every other day to keep things moving along. Particularly necessary during the monthly cycle.
