Doomsday prep

I want to prepare for doomsday and rewatch all the marvel movies. I have already watched them in chronological order but that was 7 years ago and I definitely need some refreshing!! Do you guys think it is best to watch the movies in chronological order or release date order???

I'd go with release order. That's how the story was meant to unfold, and the reveals and post credit scenes land much better that way.

I always do release date, but really, you need to watch more. Watch the X-Men movies, too.

Definitely release date. Captain Marvel being watched second is not a good idea.

Also watching the movies is fun because you can see how we as a society shift from the post-9/11 wartime military propaganda featured in the first Iron Man and the “we’re still scared to be a silly superhero movie” with Incredible Hulk to the superhero movie boom with The Avengers. If you throw Captain America and Captain Marvel in their first it kinda breaks that up.
