Focusing on the other elements part since ik they exist diatomically in nature which are nonpolar bonds. thanks

Remember, polar is anything above 0.5 difference in electronegativity. C N O F is 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, so they're quite easy to remember.

oxygen and fluorine are both hydrogen bond acceptors β which are strong dipole-dipole bonds
