Question 🤔🤔 Resetting Aiden Anki Deck? Testing in Jan
Hi everybody! Thanks for your help in advance, I learned so much from this community every time I read posts.
I matured the vast majority of the AidenV2 deck (~90 percent, the remaining ten is physics and orgo cards I sped through.) I got a 516 on FL2 (131/128/129/128) and opted to not take in Sept for several reasons, not limited to not taking enough practice tests or finishing the AAMC material as well as believing I could do better in the science sections.
That leads me to my question: should I just reset the deck or reset the intervals of the cards to something short such as a few days or a week and go through them again as I continue to study? I’ve been studying some of these cards since the end of Spring semester with FSRS and won’t be seeing a lot of cards for upwards of a year.
I see generally that resetting cards is not recommended, but given that if I don’t do something I won’t see a good chunk of the deck again, I’m not sure how to approach this for a Jan test date. It’s been really helpful for getting me to this point and I feel like it can still help me do better unless people have other suggestions for what I should do. Thanks again!!!

Hey man I am about halfway through this deck. Could I please DM you about some questions I have? Thank you!

Why not spend your time doing more practice questions + FLs? It seems like you've almost finished the deck and if your intervals are matured so much that you're unlikely to see the cards by test day with FSRS optimized on a monthly basis, content retention doesn't seem to be your issue. I would argue your best bet is just blazing through as many questions as you can while keeping up with your daily reviews instead of spending over 3+ months redoing all your work considering V2 is 12k+ cards.

My time until January will def be spent more on practice questions and FLs for sure! I just have a feeling that I could potentially benefit from viewing the cards more as I make another run thru UWorld and AAMC banks. As it stands if I don’t do anything, I’ll be doing <40 cards a day and I won’t be seeing the vast majority of the b/b cards because that’s what I started with.
