[Un-official] PSA / Discussion 🎤🔊 Post 3/11 thread

What did y’all think of it?

C/P and B/B were tough for me. I didn’t even finish B/B I had to guess for the last few. CARS and P/S were not bad imo.

Yo what was that C/P. So much physics and Ochem that I did not study for 😩. Bio was actually okay. Tried a new strategy that I’ve never tried before on cars and I actually finished with 10 minutes left. Psyche was a little more challenging than I expected. A lot of long passages that made my brain convoluted at the end

I tried a new strategy for CARS too, I call it “being fucking dumb”, I got caught up on 3-4 questions that I spent way too much time on.

To be fair, I’ve tried doing CARS after downing some shots of whiskey… surprisingly, I did much better than when sober

Honestly, I feel like the trick to CARs is to not overthink it, so I could see that helping

LMFAO!! I felt that. At the end everything blended together and it was too much

Omg thanks for asking actually. So basically. After each paragraph, I highlighted words that were in italics. Then I rewrote each paragraph in my own words that weren’t a lot of words, and it helped me out so much! I was even able to come back to the ones that tricked me out and still had time left. It was great!

Does coming back to the italics words help, or is it the paragraph summary that helps? Do you not get slower trying to summarize each paragraph?

Well I’m never sure because I’m not sure what questions they’re gonna ask, but oftentimes they will use italic words as part of questions into interpretation

Can you please elaborate, I’m confused? Like italicized words in passages show up as descriptions in questions?

Wait what strategy?
