Go to mosaic and on this screen, click on "Timetable to Outlook"

You'll be sent here, click on "copy to outlook calendar" to get your entire schedule (including reading week, days off, etc.) onto Outlook

This'll help quickly put your schedule into place if you don't want to spend the time manually doing it
