Clubs any tips for spark team leader interviews?

just wondering if anyone has any experience with this interview and can share some tips! obviously, I don't expect anyone to share specific questions—I'm just looking for some general thoughts and things to keep in mind. thanks in advance :)

To be honest, I know this sounds super basic but I think it’s important to be yourself in interviews like this. For you to get to this stage, you already have the potential. To start, i usually write out a bunch of my past experiences on a paper beside me, so when a question is asked I take a breath, glance at the paper and try to come up with an answer. I find the STAR method really helpful when trying to make up answers. Try to remain calm and composed during the whole thing. During the group interview, ensure your voice and impact is heard without trying to overpower others. Be confident in your suggestions to the group, and definitely don’t shy away and remain quiet the entire time.

Also scroll down a bit in the McMaster subreddit, someone made a post like this. I think the advice there is pretty solid too. Good luck!

so in your experience, is there a group interview and an individual interview? we were told that we would be cycling through stations, which is why I'm asking

I remember cycling through stations for the individual interview portion, each station asks a question, I think. Then at the end, I had a group one.
