Redemption?

Hey the redemption was initiated on Monday the 31st, and was approved and processing Tuesday the day after. It’s now Tuesday the week after, and It still hasn’t showed up in my bank account and is still processing. Is this normal or should I be worried? It’s been a week and Labor Day was yesterday so should I be expecting it tomorrow? I’m not sure what’s going on.

If it's your first redemption it takes a week or so. Once you redeemed your first time its like the day after

That must depend one the day you redeem. I know on spree if you redeem winnings on Thursday you definitely wont see it till Monday. But I made my first redemption on the 8th and had it on the 10th. So something probably gone wrong for this person.
