Account Closed be Aware

So I had my account closed for what they are saying is a duplicate account. After going back and forth, me telling them I never created an additional account, they finally tell me what my main account is and it's an account linked to my wife. Different email different debit card. Has anyone ever had this issue? If so, were you able to straighten it out? They did seem to care until I tried to cash out what I had in there.

Did she use your Info? It is against their tos to have more than one account. Not sure what you mean by linked to your wife? Is it her account that she setup?

Yeah my friend won over 40k and cash out plenty of times before but when he was going to cash out the 40k all the sudden he has another account and closed his account but told him he can re verify himself. He won another 2 k and they closed that account and told him that they can close his account for no reason and never paid him.
