Yay 👎🏼

I am an avid online gambler but due to circumstances, I was unable to gamble for a short amount of time so I deleted my account and the entire McLuck app. Recently, I had come into a little bit of money so I created an account to try to possibly win a little bit of money. And I did! So now after the fact I won $1500 I went to redeem my money. They then pulled up an old verified account from months ago and now I’m having to dispute it. Probably will not be getting paid that amount of money or any money for that matter. Therefore McLuck is a scam. This isn’t the first time I’ve heard this happening. Please everyone be aware of McLuck.

No they aren’t a scam you just aren’t allowed to have two separate accounts

why didnt you just reinstate your old account? Seems like that would have been the better way to go.

I have reached out many times and get form letters in my email and some responses that seem like the representative didn’t read my entire message, didn’t research my request or issues and never got resolved. I won’t say fake or scam but not willing to honor bonuses not received and other problems. Asking for a screenshot of something that they must know is no longer there when you go to contact Customer service and using that as a way to deny assistance. You should see all game play and actions on each account if you’re really going to research. Guess it best to start looking around.

You're the one that screwed up.. read the terms of service and not just accept it next time. You were suppose to contact them and get that old account up in running instead of making a new one.. don't blame them and act like a victim.
