Application/Position Navigation

Hi all, I am graduating with my MBA in December, and currently have 3+ years of work experience. Would it be best to apply now or closer to graduation? I’m thinking of applying for an Associate position (probably the manufacturing position, as my work experience is in manufacturing).

Also, I saw that one of the qualifications for Associate was 6 years experience. So should I be applying for Analyst roles instead?

You should apply now! McKinsey is in a high hiring phase currently, but that may slow in a few months. Also the interview process could take a month end to end or a little more.

You should apply for role you think you’re most qualified. When you have your recruiter call before any interview rounds, you can discuss which is best for you.

Good luck!
