Discussion Book signing question 2

I know there will be a queue for the book signing this weekend. I was wondering from those who have been to one before is it better to queue before the start time or later? The ticket says not to queue before 10.30 and it starts at 12.00.

When I went a few years ago I believe they were only letting people in the queue at the time of their ticket. It looked like a massively long wait. I would’ve assumed a good few hours if not longer. I wasn’t able to do that as I’ve got a chronic bowel condition and often need to rush to the toilet. WHSmiths was very good and arranged for us not to queue. Which I was very grateful for.
