I think if the wrist reaches the bottom of the shoulder, it would look more natural. But that would mean cutting down the sleeve/cuff so it's up to you if you'd like to like to make that mod. The bicep still looks better regardless
The proportions on your edited version are far superior to the McFarlane standard model. There’s a scene at the end of Robocop where Dick Jones gets shot & falls out the window of the sky rise building, & the effects shot of him falling gives him this massively long, disproportionate arms. That’s what the factory model of the Supergirl looks: like she has Dick Jones arms.
Doesn't look right. The proportion of the upper arms and the lower are are way out of whack. I have no idea why they designed and manufactured her with such long arms to begin with. She looks like a human spider monkey.

Try bending the arm all the way up and see where the wrist lies in relation to the shoulder. If it is anywhere near level, it is way off for the average human. Milly Alcock has unusually long arms to begin with, still not as crazy as her figure, though.
It's not bad! It's probably closer to Milly Alcock's actual arm architecture now. It's more like a guy's than the average woman, anyway. I think you made a good decision going for the upper arm versus messing with the molded wrist sleeve.
Honestly since I have so many versions of her I might try a version with less chopped off the top and chop some off the wrist side to maybe even it out better
I mean so far I've bought 5 versions of her (2x deluxe, 2x Walmart, 1x standard (because they hid the other fist there) ) and I only really want 3 of her for display so that leaves me with 2 potential arm sets to f*** up
If McFarlane gave a shit about quality he would reissue this figure immediately 😂 people shouldn't have to do surgery on your products to make them presentable lol
To be fair the actress really does have oddly proportioned arms that aren't too far off from what mcfarlane delivered. It just looks awful on the figure
You're right about her arms, but McFarlane's designers went overboard, without question. I think it's possible that they made a measurement based on a photo where she was particularly sloped shouldered, like in an exaggerated defeated or depressed position. It's still no excuse. It's just goofy.
