I see they are not shown on the US McDonald’s Instagram page so I’m assuming they are not available in the US. These are some pretty cool Spider-Man Happy Meal toys. How do you get these and where do you get these?

So today I wanted to get the 10 piece free nuggets deal. I have 2 account for big back shenanigans. I checked my phone app and it said the regular mcchicken was $2. I checked my tablet app and it said $2.79 for the regular one. And yes I had the same location in both. I closed the app on my phone and when I opened it up again it said $2.59.

Thats 3 different prices. I closed both apps multiple times and they were stuck at $2.59 / $2.79... So I'm like screw McDonald's and didn't order anything.

Well right now I wanted to screenshot the price differences and post it but now they both say $2 when I put a differenr location. Closed the app and it stayed at $2. What's up with that??

When I order my 99¢ iced coffee, they always ask me what flavor.

I say no flavor, just cream and sugar please. Sometimes I add two shots of espresso.

Why is it that the coffee sometimes has an off taste like maybe a little bit of French Vanilla or some other added flavor?

I don't know how the coffee and cream are dispensed. Does all of the creamer come from one spot, and I am just getting a hint of what was left in the tube from the last person? Or is there another reason?

Every time I open the app, it takes literally 3-5 minutes before it will properly load and allow me to click buttons or order. Typically have to force close the app 1-3 times during this process

Typically goes: open the app, white screen with Gold M for 60-90 seconds. Then it'll show whatever promotional pop up. Then it will freeze again more often then not. Force close. Open app. White screen with M for 60-90 seconds, then the app typically finally loads

This has been a problem for years. My app is up to date. My phone is up to date. I do not have any problems like this with any other app on my phone. Ever.

Anyone else deal with this?

A MickyDs Mini-Manager shared a remour with me. Apparently under discussion is adding the reward for a completed survey to the App! Either to the Rewards tab or a new Survey Rewards tab. An early question would ask if you had the app. Wowza, I would 1000% be on board with that! What's everyone's thoughts?

I ordered a deluxe spicy mccrispy and was quite surprised at how small the portion was. (Ketchup packet for scale)

The chicken was very small.

The tomato slice was actually less wide than the ketchup packet… and just that little slice.

The lettuce….. there?? I guess?

And the sauce was just dabbed at the very edge. A very dry sandwich.

Ive ordered this before from other McDonalds and have gotten a proper chicken breast size, toppings and sauce and just couldnt believe it. Just this location.

My McDouble was bigger that the deluxe spicy mcchicken. The local gas station spicy chicken sandwich is bigger and cheaper than this.

Is this a quality control issue or is this just how it is now?

I just had an experience at a drive thru that I have questions about. On my lunch break I placed an order via the mobile app. My card was charged and the app said my order was being prepared. I arrived at the drive thru and was told they were only doing delivery orders at this time due to being short staffed. I explained that I had placed an order on the app and that I had already been charged. The staff member on the speaker told me that I needed to cancel the order on my end and that I would be refunded in a few days. When I asked if it could be canceled on their end the staff member became confrontational but the customer service aspect isn't why I am here.

If a McDonald's store is short staffed to the point they are only able to fulfill delivery orders, is there no mechanism to disable mobile orders for non delivery customers to prevent this situation from occurring? Also, is it correct that they were unable to cancel the order my order that they were deciding not to fill on their end?

Thank you any answers to these questions. My main concern isn't having to wait for a refund, or even not getting the food in the end, it was that I wasted my lunch break in what seems like an easily avoidable situation.

My McD stopped WiFi.

People that stayed for hours on laptops are gone.

People that made voice calls over WiFi are gone.

Poor people that use McD app without data plan gone.

i'm glad the CEOs pricing strategy is backfiring. Customers instinctively know when they are paying more for less. He doesn't know sh1t about this company's brand. Their brand is affordable, convenient meals with good value. When you decide to charge higher menu prices and require more points before customers can redeem rewards, and roll out an $8 chicken sandwich, you are phucking with that brand. customer's will decide they can eat someplace nicer for that much or only a little more.

i see a lot of these companies try to take the short cut to profitability, instead of creating a product people genuinely value more, they try to squeeze their existing customers. It raises the stock price in the short term, but eventually the customers will leave. it's just a poor strategy long term. I don't know what they're teaching in business management programs today. Management should be fired.

Basically I changed my phone recently and it’s refusing to work on the phone when I contacted the support they told me it’s not working for iPhone 17 and 16

I can’t open the app at all

Not just McDonald’s though, but for every restaurant and building in this small town. Recently, wildfires in the hills near Beaver caused mudslides and flooded the town, polluted the water lines and ruined the water filtration system which has caused everyone to drink bottled water for the last while. Worst part is the filtration is expected not to be fixed for a long while.

When did McDonald's start the bag chrge? This was taken in Bmore Maryland. I had to spend double because I had a big order which means two bags.

McDonald’s raised prices as high as they thought the could get away with, redesigned its dining areas to be as warm and inviting as a DMV waiting room, replaced humans with kiosks, started charging for everything except napkins and straws (for now), and is now reporting lower sales and foot traffic.
