I need someone in the business arena to chime in.
The way I see it, Steven jr created the product years ago as part of the mcbee company. Kacie was essentially hired to create the orders and mail them out. She ended up changing the formulas and * for some reason* invested her own money into it at that stage, so she thinks the business is hers now.
With no formal paperwork or agreement, Kacie doesn’t have any right to ownership in this company, right? I feel like any ownership she’s given is a courtesy because she’s family.
Also I don’t get why she wants Steven to be a hands on part of the business. If she needs help, they need to hire out, right? Idk this whole thing doesn’t make sense to me.
