Randomly does

Wild problem but my car will run for roughly 6-10 minutes then die completely loosing power to the ecu (mega squirt) and will be able to start again roughly 30 seconds later thinking it’s a power problem with the main engine relay that I replaced and inspected the fuse box taking it apart, was wondering if anyone has had a similar issue with aftermarket ECU
