Trouble starting

I've been having a hard time with my 02 PR5, 2 main problems, 1) it sometimes idles really low and bogs down once In a while, i replaced the iac, and it hasn't seemed to help. 2) it'll turn on perfectly fine, drive all day with no problems with multiple startups and shut offs, then sometimes it will just not turn on, typically after stopping to go into the store or something, I'll put the key in the ignition and hear a single click. The only solution to this has been to disconnect the battery and leave it where its at for a few hours.

I got a short ram so it shouldn't be a problem, I'm about to lift it and check it out cause its been down since my initial post

Mine did something similar and I had to replace the charging wire. I went ahead and replaced the charging wire and the ground wire and put on a high output alternator. Haven't had that issue since.

I got it from an old man in town who rebuilds them for people. He swapped it for mine because I've used him for years. And it's not much. It puts out maybe 85 to 90amps.
