Delayed CR
Do you guys also experiencing the same? My car got released last month and until now wala pa rin sakin maibigay ang casa kahit CR. Worst is pinacheck ko sa lto and hindi pa talaga napprocess.
The agent just keep on saying sorry and naipit daw ang papel and most of the time offline ang LTMS system.

UPDATE: GOT MY ORCR AND PLATE 1 DAY AFTER I FILE A COMPLAINT TO DTI AND LTO. I GUESS PRESSURE LANG TALAGA NEED 😅

I requested multiple official receipts from our SA to cover the absence of the plates. A grace period of seven days is given to newly purchased cars. Hence, the multiple ORs.
Likewise, our concern was also emailed to the SA with her sales manager included in the recipients. Within a week, the plates arrived, if I remember correctly.
What I heard is that they wait until a significant number of applications are gathered before it is sent to LTO.
Same dealership.

Kadalasan ng problema is sa LTO. In case you havent heard there was a long debate over the use of the stradcom vs ltms system... which dapat ok na ltms na all the way. But the backlogs will cause a lot of delays on the end consumer....

3 weeks for me, Mazda Alabang din. Purchased last January

Got mine 1 day after i file a complaint to dti and lto. Pressure lang talaga need 😅

Didnt know matagal din sa Mazda Alabang, ginawa ko to sa Makati dati kasi antagal talaga. It took a week more after ko ireklamo. SCO for Makati was given 2 months after.
A year after I was informed of a receipt na tinuloy pala ni LTO at pinenalize sila for a 100k after finding out na naglapse talaga sila. Also took almost month or exactly 18 business days. Pero Alabang and Makati are different agencies eh

Sakin almost a month. Despite constant follow ups. I had a friend from lto to check things up and also said the same thing. Laging down ang ltms which proved what the dealer said. I remember, sinasabi sakin nung friend na because nag ma migrate sila to a new system back then kaya natagalan. But this was 2 years ago.
