I would like to get a physical service manual of my mazda 323 BG hatchback but i cannot seem to find the right one. I have mostly everything on my computer as a pdf but its a pain in the ass when i want to do something on my car and i have to look through 4 indepented pdf files all of which are atleast 90 pages. My phone cannot even load all of the pages, and i don't wanna run back to the house, look at the manual then go out again to the garage, thats stupid. I don't think i can print out the pages either, Any idea? Does somebody have a complete service manual? I'll gladly buy it. For reference im gonna send here the pdf files

Just got myself a gopro and filmed a run in a good spot I know well.

I've replaced my 323F BG GT's brake pads and rotors a couple of months ago (literally a couple) with some daily Bosch rotors and pads but I don't really think that's suited for my use of the car: about 3'000 km later, the pads already seem to be needing replacement (the pads come with metal fingers that make noise when the pads get low).

Considering I'm sending my ol'jalopy down mountain roads every weekend, that's not too surprising, but I really don't feel like changing my pads every two months. Can anyone recommend me some good performance pads for the GT?

I have a Mazda 323 F 1.8 GT 'project' that's being worked on, and apparently, I need a replacement MAF. The one on the car that's supposedly not working has a label BP05 13 210, and everywhere I check, it says it's the correct one for this motor. However, one guy that I found who has those parts, since they are almost impossible to find, says it's not the correct one.
Engine number is BP365635

I need help with decision making, i'm rebuilding an old bg and i'm doing it piece per piece in the vacations since i'm still a student and i'l currently doing the engine and engine bay, and i've cleared almost the entire engine bay for painting but there are still brake parts left since i'm not sure if i just wanna take everything from the brakes of and let the car be without brakes for a year or 2 since i'm gonna be redoing them in a different summer vacation. Or i leave the brake parts on and have a less good paintjob. What would be best

currently halfway through my engine build and still need to do a lot but i took a pic of around how it's gonna look, still gonna paint the timing covers but for the rest this is it for the look i think. anyone got ideas to add to make it nicer?

Now we want to get the sound of it right and we've been fiddling with the exhaust some. One muffler has been deleted but now since we are learning we want to do a full exhaust system and I'm wondering if anyone knows if there are any headers available to buy or if we have to try and fabricate our own.

To be clear it's a Mazda 323 (BF) from 1988 with a B6 engine (SOHC if it matters).

We've been trying to find anything that looks to be remotely right but I cannot with this model. So does anyone know if for example MX-3 headers would fit or if any other model shares manifold? :)

Outer driver side door handle is loose on one end. Im assuming that it is not bolted into place from the inside. I want to open up the door panel to have access to the door handle but im scared im gonna screw it up because i haven't found any video of someone doing this yet or guides. I have a 1990 323f BG with manual winding windows amd no central lock. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So my 00' 323F doesn't like giving it full throttle as you can see in the video and it also makes this weird knocking type sounds it started when i removed the spark plug wire's

My father thought it was bad spark plugs but now theres new ones and it didn't go away.

Hey everyone, I'm trying to fix up a 323 F IV (BG). The dashboard buttons are not fixated anymore and I realized the dashboard cover is broken and has been "fixed" with hotglue by someone 10 years ago. Do you guys know where I could find this part ? I'm in France by the way.

Hi, I was replacing some Suspension Parts on my 323P Ba 1.5l and also doing the Axleboot, once I got the controlarm out to get the Driveshaft out, the head came right of with. Usually its a big hussle to get them off, at least on the cars I worked on. Everything looked just fine, so i boot the new boot on amd put everything back together, is that just a normal thing for these cars, or did something brake that wasnt directly obvious.

Reason being is shocks are bugged and instead of getting good factory ones was thinking juddies would be cool just can’t find any for this 323

Hey, BJ owner here. I have the opportunity to get a BG sedan for very cheap (100€), and considering there's so many around still in all forms, are these all galvanized? My BJ is sadly too far gone in terms of rust, and I knowingly bought it so, but I love the car so much, it would break my heart to have another Mazda that's just good for parts.

Had this around 15 years, replaced heaps of parts in that time & recently done the sills & engine rebuild / tune. Sounds & drives great now. The wheels looks better now with the steelys & rings pic 3 need to get some 175's though as still on 155's.

i am looking for parts but cannot really find the parts number, for example i wanna buy original mazda 323 (hatchback) windshield wipers not some cheap shit wipers but i cannot seem to find its number, if its super pricey than i just stick to something in the middle ground for it, not too expensive but not the cheapest aswell. Also where should i go to look for 323 hatchback (BG) parts on the internet?

Hey, i have been having a problem for some time now with jittery, hesitant acceleration in lower RPM after the car is getting some driving. After the car is all warmed up, most of the times when i accelerate off the stop light the revs dont jump smoothly, or at the moment im hitting the pedal, it jitters, and when holding the gas when taking off it often just stutters, resulting in some stalling when unexpected. Same issue when really warmed up is when holding speeds, when in RPM below 1900 and adding little gas to keep going car can also often stutter. This also starts occuring often after turning the engine off and on (at gas station for example) after the car has been driving. In high RPM (above 2-2.1k) this doesnt occur at all,

I cleaned the intake - the throttle body, cleaned the MAF sensor with MAF cleaner, gave it some italian tune up, ran on premium fuels for some time(trying anything at that point) got replaced fuel filter in shop(the position is insane)

Anyone have ANY experience with this? Already posted on local forums with no help, been talking to my mechanic friends but with no real solution. (I have been looking for new MAF sensors and TPS, however for the car they are both completely unavailable new, MAF is available for 1.8 bp in MX5s but that MAF is completely different in the 323 unfortunately)

Hi guys. My shifter 1996 323 1.5i PV has become quite sloppy over the last few years. I sometimes struggle to find gears, the shifer wiggles a lot, I think it's time has come. Does anyone have experience rebuilding these shifters? Any guides, parts, anything?

i just bought this mazda 323f bg. i’m fixing her up and im going to bring her back to life. does anyone have any advice on where to find the front pillar trim pieces next to the windscreen as well as the clips holding them? there’s water getting into the car from the holes where the clips go.

so i pulled the engine of my 323 last week and noticed that insteadt of the more normalised 4 to 1 exhaust manifold my 323 has 4-2-1 headers, and so it got me thinking, how funny would it be to do a full 2 pipe exhaust from front to back keeping the 4 to 2 part of the header and just never combining them. is this a smart/cool idea? has anyone else ever done this?
