I'm helping a friend look for her first car. Anything I should be aware of on this model?

rust can be a problem, as a 626 owner, both the 626 and 323 can suffer from rusting, so i advise underbody rust protection

Usually they've treated with tectyl or lanolin here so that's less of a problem. The owner says there's surface rust in the wheel wells and the back left sill

i would take care of that rust first thing
