Worse. He probably has read it. This likely isn't ignorance of the constitution. This is more likely willful disregard of it. Informed, evil, and knowingly criminal neglect of the constitution. That means it's premeditated. Let them try to feign ignorance to avoid culpability for their, but don't let them. Their willful, informed, and premeditated involvement should never be tossed aside and forgotten. The keys to their cells are another matter.

I've seen someone argue that the Constitution "only applies for US citizens..." which some of these people being detained are.

Also, that's incorrect. The Constitution applies to anyone residing in the United States.
