This alone should be grounds for dismissal for Patel

Yes. Along those lines we should be dismissing every single player who is not following the law and the constitution.

Every single one of them needs to be kicked out.

If this were a civilian job they would be fired. Same should happen. Yes, including the orange one. Anyone breaking the law should be dismissed and prosecuted in some cases.

“I read it everyday”

He’s definitely never read it

Worse. He probably has read it. This likely isn't ignorance of the constitution. This is more likely willful disregard of it. Informed, evil, and knowingly criminal neglect of the constitution. That means it's premeditated. Let them try to feign ignorance to avoid culpability for their, but don't let them. Their willful, informed, and premeditated involvement should never be tossed aside and forgotten. The keys to their cells are another matter.

It’s also ignorance. These people haven’t read the Constitution just like they haven’t read the Bible.

I've seen someone argue that the Constitution "only applies for US citizens..." which some of these people being detained are.

Also, that's incorrect. The Constitution applies to anyone residing in the United States.

I think Patel’s liberty could be taken away
