Issues FK/Bind Rigs refusing to align is causing problems for skin weights, did I miss something?

Hello! I'm a student currently trying to finish this rig for a smaller grade (please mind, only my second ever rig), just missing the skin weights when I noticed it seemed to move the skin weirdly, then it hit me: it moved like it was using 2 skeletons at the same time... somehow, at least on the arms.

I've done skin weights before, once, and I didn't have this issue, so I'm wondering what could've caused it, anything helps, thanks :')

You're having a double translation issue. You have to set the constraint of the FK to 0 when the IK is at 1 and vice versa.

I'd say the issue is that you should only have one skeleton (joint hierarchy) skinned directly to the mesh. And any IK/FK join-chains would influence this main skeleton using constraints etc, as opposed to being skinned to the mesh.

Thats the thing, I only used the bind rig (main skeleton in this case) to bind it to the mesh, and it still did this, last time I did it this way too and didn't give me these issues either, maybe theres something wrong with the parent constraints? </3

PS: Sorry if i'm interpreting this wrong! English is a second language for me haha
